Competitive Team:
Novice: 1.5 hours, 2 days a week
Intermediate: 2 hours, 2 days a week
12U Age Group: 4 days a week, 11 hours per week total
Youth (13-15) Age Group: 5 days a week, 14.5 hours per week
Jr (15-17) Age Group: 5 days a week, 14.5 hours per week
Sr (18 and Up) Age Group: 5 days a week, 14.5 hours per week
* Solo and Duets add extra practice time
